1. The Service

RazorParse extracts transaction data from bank statement files you upload and returns the result as Excel, CSV, and JSON files. The Service is provided as a convenience tool.

2. Acceptable use

Only upload files you own or are authorized to process.
Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

3. No storage of your files

Uploaded statement files are processed in memory and are not stored by us. You are responsible for retaining your own copies of any output you download.

4. Accuracy & "as is"

Extraction is automated and heuristic. While we aim for accuracy, results may contain errors or omissions, especially for unusual or poor-quality documents. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Always verify the output against your original statement before relying on it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RazorParse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made based on the output of the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service may include third-party components such as analytics and advertising. Their use is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
