Your bank statements are never stored. Files you upload are processed entirely in your browser's request to our server, held only in temporary memory while the transactions are extracted, and then discarded. We do not save, retain, or keep copies of your uploaded bank statement files on our systems.

This Privacy Policy explains how RazorParse ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use https://razorparse.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. The files you upload

When you upload a bank statement (PDF or Excel), the file is received by our server, decoded in memory, and parsed to extract transaction data. The original file is not written to disk and is not stored. Once processing for your request completes, the uploaded file data is released from memory.

The extracted output (the Excel/CSV/JSON containing your parsed transactions) is generated so that you can download it. These output files are kept only temporarily to make the download available and are automatically removed during routine cleanup. We do not view, share, sell, or use your transaction data for any purpose other than producing your download.

2. Information we do collect

Basic usage analytics. We record anonymous, aggregate page views and processing statistics (for example, the number of extractions and how long they take) to keep the Service reliable. This does not include the contents of your statements.
Technical data. Standard server logs may include your IP address, browser type, and referring page for security and diagnostics.
Google Analytics. If enabled, Google Analytics may set cookies to measure traffic. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Advertising & Google AdSense

We may display advertising, including through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites.

Advertisers never receive your bank statement or transaction data — that data is not accessible to them and is not used to target ads.

5. Data security

We serve the Service over encrypted HTTPS. Because uploaded statements are processed in memory and not stored, there is no long-term repository of your statement files to be compromised.

6. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we do not store your statements, most requests relate only to analytics or contact information. Email us to make a request.
